The Prize Goes To....

Well we don't know for sure yet do we? So be patient, and you will find out in good time. I just want to reassure you crunchie bar lovers that I have not forgotten.

Carl

I've been in to see Carl a number of times today - and am happy to report he is doing well and in good spirits. God is indeed good, and Carl has been spared. It was one of the worst accidents I have seen the end result of. Looking at the car, you would think nobody could have survived.

It's times like these you see how much people really mean to you. I was so worried this morning when we saw Carl hadn't been here all night. Here's to a speedy recovery.

Thanks!

Thank you to everyone who hiked out to Titirangi for our engagement party last night. It was an absolute honour that so many people came. It is great to know that so many friends are supporting us in this step we have taken. Thank you also to those who gave us gifts. We appreciate the time and thought that went into choosing these.

Thank you also to God! I know I don't deserve it but He has given me the nicest Christian girl you could hope to meet!

Election Competition

I want to run an election competition.

You are all welcome to join in. Guess the number of seats National and Labour will win. The closest for each will win a crunchie bar.

Conditions apply.

1. You must be in Auckland to win the crunchie bar.
2. Your entry (in the comments of this post) must be made by Wednesday 14 September.
3. You must leave a way for me to contact you.
4. The judges decision is final. Deal with it. I think I'm also meant to say something about correspondence.
5. One entry per person.

Edit: The crunchie bar may be exchanged for something of lesser or much lesser value.
